Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is processed, we will ship it based on the selected shipping method. During peak season or special launches, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Priority Shipping (USPS Priority ) – A faster shipping option provided by USPS. Delivery times depend on USPS service levels and location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Note: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the carrier’s standard pricing.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $90 within the U.S. For orders below this amount, standard shipping rates apply.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. If your return is anpproved annd meets our return conditions, you will receive a full refund for the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Our shipping services are available only within the United States.

Missed or Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
if a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer one of the following, at your discretion:
- a replacement (if available)
- a store credit
- or a refund
Amazonian Treasures is not responsible for theft after delivery, but we will always do our best to help resolve the situation.
