At Amazonian Treasures, we carefully prepare and ship each order to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or special launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer multiple shipping options within the United States through USPS and UPS, including:

  • USPS Ground Advantage
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • UPS Ground

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order details.

Free Shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders $90+.

Free shipping cannot be combined with the WELCOME10 discount. If WELCOME10 is applied to an order, the applicable shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

Missed or Lost Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. We will assist you in contacting the carrier and investigating the shipment.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer, at your discretion:

  • A replacement, if available
  • Store credit
  • A refund

Amazonian Treasures is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving the situation.

Returns & Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees. If your return is approved and meets our return conditions, you will receive a refund for the returned item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
